We are an OUT OF NETWORK clinic. If you are familiar with using OON providers, you can save time and BOOK YOURSELF an initial evaluation appointment! Your card will be charged $240 within 24 hours to secure your slot.
There is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge the prices and cancellation fee.
